Standard Policy

  • Return for direct (same) replacement, see platform policy for specifics
  • Return for refund, a restocking fee may be applied: (20%)

All buttons covered by this policy “This item may be returned for a same replacement or refund within days specific to the platform where purchased” must be returned within the specified days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by NSFW buttons, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. (Return Merchandise Authorization). A RMA number must be included with your return, one will be generated and sent to you when a return request has been approved.

General Policy

These are NSFW buttons® (“MSE” “we” or “our”) Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from NSFW buttons®

  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • You may obtain an RMA by submitting return request on the platform of purchase
  • Any return for a refund may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • All items are inspected prior to shipping
  • We do not pay shipping costs for product returns

Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:

  • Any product not purchased from NSFW buttons®
  • Including but not limited to products with missing, altered, or otherwise damaged parts
  • Items returned without all original packaging and or accessories, including the white or retail box, and all other items that may have been originally included, such as batteries 
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage

Special Orders and Final Sales

International orders: Customs and import taxes

We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We do our best and pack properly, and often ship same business day if your order was processed before 3pm EST. We use USPS for most shipments if they serve your area.

*Please note, we do not guaranty international shipments, and do not include batteries with international orders. Nor do we provide a discount because of the omission. Customs can delay delivery, and often denies incoming packages to random countries that contain batteries. Buyer accepts all responsibilities when an order payment has been processed.
